The President of the region, three sindaco (mayer) and one prefetto (cannot translate there no back to them . The mayers in Italy are ,according to the law, responsible for straw dogs in the area competing
homologue in English) have promoted the campaign (on London cabs, IN ITALIAN) which campaign should fire to the mayer : these mayers have done NOTHING to help avoiding what has happened to these dogs (shall give you link below, unfortunately the comment to the short film is in Italian but pictures are terrible enough)
